Are you already one step towards your next NEBOSH Certificate?
Unit NGC1 of this qualification (Management of Health and Safety) is common to the National Certificate in Construction, the National General Certificate and the Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management. You won't need to sit Unit NGC1 again if you have already passed the course within the last five years.
What does the course cover?
It covers a broad range of construction hazards and how to control them, as well as the key legal requirements. Crucially, the practical element of the course also ensures that participants can carry out, unaided, a safety inspection of a construction workplace and prepare an appropriate report.

How is the course assessed?
Candidates are assessed with written examinations for each of the two taught units and a practical assessment. A unit certificate is issued denoting successful achievement of each unit. A certificate parchment is issued on completion of the two units and the practical assessment.

Certification
Delegates who successfully complete the three exams will receive an NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety.
